No Deductible Health Insurance

Question: In health insurance, what does “Covered – 100% with no deductible” mean?

I’m looking at this health insurance plan:

http://www.bcbsm.com/myblue/plan_flexibleblue_benefits.shtml

Notice under “preventive services” it says “Covered — 100% with no deductible”. What does that mean? You’d think it means they cover 100% after the deductible, but for their other covered services it says “xx% AFTER deductible” (this one says “w/no deductible”)

Does what I’m asking about mean that I don’t have to pay the deductible before it’s 100% covered? Or what?

Answer: Covered with 100% with no deductible means – that 100% total amount is covered by the health plan and you do not have to pay anything. Secondly, no deductible means that there is no amount you have to pay out of your own pocket before the insurance company starts paying you.
