Health Insurance Copay Deductible

Question: short-term health insurance – I have over $1000 worth of medication monthly?

I need health insurance to help pay for my over $1100 worth of medical expenses, mostly medications, monthly. I know vaguely what a deductible and a copay are, but not enough to make an informed decision. It’s very confusing to me. What types of policies should I be looking at? What’s a reasonable deductible and copay for me to look at?

Basically, my health insurance just terminated and I can’t get a short-term policy with my current health insurance company. The place where I just started working offers health insurance plans, but only to employees that have been with the company for more than six months. I’ve been looking at Golden Rule, as well as Assurant. I haven’t considered COBRA, and don’t know much about it, but it doesn’t sound appealing to me.

Answer: health-quotes.isgreat.org – here is my health insurance plan. As I remember they can provide such a service.
