Question: What ever happened to the $250 Educators Tax Deduction, I don’t see it on the 2006 tax forms?

Answer: Teachers and other educators (including classroom aides, counselors, and principals) can deduct up to $250 that they spend on classroom supplies as a deduction on Form 1040, line 23, “Archer MSA Deduction.” Enter “E” on the dotted line to the left of that line entry.
