Question: ex husb trying to hide assets,will he beat the system?
I have 2 children under 3 and am in the process of court, my ex hashis own business(quite sucessful as far as i know) and is desperately trying to “hide” his assets and financial position, he has offset any earnings by means of Tax Deductions meaning I only receive the min. amount of child support, a pathetic $10pw. How can he be asset rich and cash poor, how will it effect court rulings, also family trust is involved, how does that work? What are the chances of him being awarded custody of the children?
Answer: And that’s when you need a good lawyer.
but then if he’s showing that he’s poor, it’s not guaranteed that he’d be favored to get custody of the children.
