Question: health club memberships?

Should congress make some/part/all of health club memberships tax-deductible?
Would that increase the price of memberships?
Would the person be required to goto the gym 3 times a week?

let me know your thoughts

Answer: The entire fee should be tax deductible. I don’t understand why after working out five times a week, eating healthy, getting a once a year checkup, not smoking, not drinking, etc. I have to pay the same healthcare premiums as the guy to sits on the counch all day, drinks a 12-pack of beer, chomps down an entire bag of Doritos, smokes 2 packs a day, etc. Even auto insurance companies adjust premiumns based on risky bhehavior. Yeah, I know, how do you police it? But at least throw me a bone somewhere – tax Deductible Health club memberships is a start.

And no, the prices would not go up.

Answer: i have recently gotten quotes fron m several agents for my family and obviously the price will vary depending on what you want but..
it looks like a family plan for a healthy family , including maternity and a low co pay for doctors visits plus a free anula check up is going to cpost around $500 per month
several of the agents have mentioned hat etna is one of the most affordable companies.
I am still looking for a more affordable alternative but my hope is dimming
